About ARTOLS Engineering
Welcome on the ARTOLS Engineering site, nice to see that you are
interested in where ARTOLS stands for. My name is Arthur Olsthoorn
and I am the founder.
In 1999 I was graduated for Commercial Engineer in Electrical Engineering
at The Hague University (Bachelor science). Software engineering was part
of the education program. The strength of the education lies in skills
for communication and in translation of customer and market needs in
technical solutions.
As employee of several companies I developed databases in MS Access,
for the companies or for their customers. It differed from simple databases
to automated process databases with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
and SQL. The ING Bank, The Hague government, Panasonic, a Health care center,
telecommunication company and a Call Centre were some of the company’s
databases were custom made for.
Sales Engineering is the other work activity I am experienced in. For the
international Oil & Gas industry with ATEX and IECEx equipment and for the
mechatronics, telecommunication and pneumatic business.
I would be pleased to apply my experience in development of database
applications and in (sales) engineering projects for your company.
